•‎ Incorrect OTP code: If you don’t receive an OTP code on your phone, please contact your bank to check if the phone confirmation service is enabled. Double check that you entered your OTP code correctly.

•‎ The card doesn’t fit for online payments: Check if your card is applicable for online payment. If not, please select another payment method.

•‎ Insufficient funds on the card: Check that you have sufficient funds in your account.

•‎ Incorrect CVV code: Check that you entered your CVV code correctly. You can find your CVV code on the back of your card.

•‎ What can you do if your card has been stolen or blocked? No need to worry! To verify a blocked card, you’ll need proof from your bank that contains your full name and your card number, and confirms that the old card has been blocked and a new one issued to you. You can simply provide screenshots from the online banking platform.
