• The card doesn’t fit for online payments: Check if your card is applicable for online payment. If not, please select another payment method.
• Insufficient funds on the card: Check that you have sufficient funds in your account.
• Incorrect CVV code: Check that you entered your CVV code correctly. You can find your CVV code on the back of your card.
• What can you do if your card has been stolen or blocked? No need to worry! To verify a blocked card, you’ll need proof from your bank that contains your full name and your card number, and confirms that the old card has been blocked and a new one issued to you. You can simply provide screenshots from the online banking platform.
