Your first step is to make sure your transaction was completed successfully.
If your funds transfer was successful but the funds haven’t arrived in your Olymptrade account yet, please get in touch with our Support team via chat, email or hotline. You can find the contact details in the Help menu.
Sometimes, transaction delays are caused by issues that the e-payment system is experiencing. When this happens, your funds will either be sent to your Olymptrade account a bit later or returned to you.
