Money sent, but I haven't received it

When your withdrawal status changes to “Money sent”, it means we’ve processed your request and transferred the funds to your selected payment method.

Once the funds have been sent, we aren't able to track them further — the rest of the process is handled by your bank or e-wallet.

Usually, it takes up to 3 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Some banks or e-wallets may require extra time to clear the funds, which can cause delays. Processing outside of business hours may also affect the speed of delivery.

In some cases, banks may reject the transfer. If this happens, we can resend the funds to your e-wallet instead.
