Withdrawal status "Done" but money not received

When the withdrawal status shows "Done", it means we’ve processed your request and sent the funds to your bank account or e-wallet. However, the exact time it takes for the money to appear on your account depends on your payment method.

In some cases, banks may reject the transfer. If this happens, we can transfer the funds to your e-wallet instead.

Additionally, different payment systems have limits on how much can be deposited or withdrawn within a single day. If your request exceeds this limit, be sure to contact your bank or payment provider.
