Your account will be blocked if you reside in certain countries, as specified in our Service Agreement. For example, you cannot trade from the EU, the United States, Canada, Japan or the United Kingdom.
Why a VPN is not the solution
Users need to provide proof of residence as part of our verification procedure. We’ll have to block their account if the documents they submit are linked to a restricted country. This rule is in place to comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
