Country restrictions

Your profile will be blocked if you reside in certain countries, as specified in our Service Agreement. For example, if you reside in the EU, United States, Canada, Japan or United Kingdom, you won't be able to trade.

Why can't I use a VPN?

Users need to provide proof of residence as part of our verification process. If a user submits documents linked to a restricted country, we have to block their profile. This rule is in place to comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
