How to deactivate a profile

You can deactivate your profile at any time. You will lose access to your profile and won't be able to use it anymore. However, if you ever want to reactivate it in the future, you can.

To deactivate your profile, all you have to do is reach out to our Customer Support team and request that they do that for you. There aren't any requirements or restrictions that you need to fulfill to deactivate your profile. Money left on your accounts will remain there, and any open trades will close according to the parameters they were opened with, even if you deactivate the profile before the trades have closed.

Be aware that if you deactivate your profile with funds still on it, after 6 months, an inactivity fee will be charged to your account and taken from the funds still available on your account.
