How do you know if credibility issues caused the block?

You will receive an email from Olymptrade explaining why your account was blocked. If it’s due to incorrect documents, you may need to complete the verification process again. The email will provide step-by-step instructions on how to resolve the issue.

If you disagree with this decision, you can submit a complaint by following the instructions in the same email.
