Restoring access after losing 2FA

If you lost the device you used for two-factor authentication (2FA) or deleted the authentication app, you'll have to set up 2FA again.

Make sure that you have Google Authenticator or Facebook Messenger installed on your device.


If you're not logged in to your profile:

If you've lost access to your two-factor authentication method, you will need to contact our support team to regain access to your profile. You can contact our support team via chat or email by going to Help → Support, and they'll give you instructions on how to get back into your profile.


If you are still logged in to your profile:

Go to Profile → Settings → Two-factor authentication and then press Disconnect, which will disconnect you from your old 2FA method.


After you've regained access to your profile or you've disconnected from your old 2FA method, you can follow the instructions in the Help Center to set up 2FA again. You can find these instructions by going to Help → Help Center → Profile → Account security.
