If you report that someone other than yourself attempted to access your Olymptrade profile, we may block it to protect your funds and personal information until we can investigate and find out what happened.

If you believe your profile has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. Our specialists will investigate to identify the IP address the profile was accessed from, when it happened, and analyze other relevant information that will help resolve the issue quickly.

Your profile will remain restricted while our team investigates. To regain full access, you'll need to complete the verification process again.

After the security check has been completed, we'll email you the results as well as instructions on how to complete verification.
