What steps to take
If your Olymptrade profile was blocked, check your email inbox.
Within 24 hours of your profile being blocked, you should receive an email from Olymptrade explaining the reason your profile was blocked, whether you have any payment obligations, how long it should take to resolve the issue, and what your next steps should be.
If you disagree with the reason for the block, you can submit a complaint by following the instructions in the email you received or by referring to Clause 5 of our Service Agreement.

If you haven't received anything, please contact our support team for assistance.
Important:Do not create a new profile until the issue is resolved. Doing so may affect your payment obligations or your eligibility for a refund.
