If your Olymptrade account is blocked, check your inbox.
Within 24 hours, you should receive an email from Olymptrade explaining why your account was blocked, whether you have any payment obligations, the timeline to resolve the issue, and your next steps.
If you disagree with the reason for the block, you can submit a complaint by following the instructions in the same email or referring to Clause 5 of our Service Agreement.
