Risk & money management

The Parlay System

In the event of a successful trade, you increase the amount of the following trade. If the trade turns out to be losing, you go back to the original trade amount and start over.

For example, you open a trade for $1, and your forecast is incorrect. Your next step is to double the amount and open a $2 trade. If the result is positive, open a $4 trade next, and so on.

When applying the Parlay system, set yourself a limit and clearly define how many times you can double the trade amount. This limit depends on the trading strategy you use.

Keep in mind that the more times you double the amount, the greater the risk of ending up with more losses than gains. It is highly recommended not to double the trade amount more than four times in a row!

Note: Once you reach the set limit, you should return to your initial trade amount.
