How is the total purchase amount determined?

The trade value is the current Buy price multiplied by the number of units purchased, taking into account conversion rates if applicable. The purchase fee is zero and does not affect the total trade value.

The unit Buy price is equal to the lowest ask price of the underlying stock at the time of making the trade. The Ask price is the price sellers are willing to accept for the stock on the stock exchange.
