• Invalid VPA/ invoice payment error/gateway error.
Please check that you entered the correct UPI ID and try reinstalling the application. Clearing the cache files might help too. If you are using the browser version, please clear the cache and cookies in the browser and try depositing again. Last but not least, please check that your internet speed is at least 30 Mbps.
• Invalid Type.
If you are encounter this error, it means that after entering the VPA address, you clicked the 'Pay' button twice. To resolve this issue, please try depositing again and this time, be sure to click the 'Pay' button only once.
