• Bank Card
If you made a deposit using a bank card, you need to provide a picture of the front of that card. The first six and the last four digits of the card number, the expiration date, and the cardholder's name should all be visible in a single photo. You can cover the rest of the card number so no one can see it.
If your card is not personalized or is digital, please submit a bank statement with the cardholder's name and the date and amount of the transaction to/from Olymptrade on it.
• Bank Transfer
If you deposited by bank transfer, please attach a document with the bank account number, the cardholder's name, and the date and amount of the transaction to/from Olymptrade on it.
• E-wallet
If you used an e-wallet to make a deposit, submit a screenshot with the wallet number, owner's name, and the date and amount of the transaction to/from Olymptrade on it.
Before verifying the e-wallet as your payment method, you need to be verified by the e-wallet website.
You can send two screenshots if it's impossible to fit all the information into one image. The first image will contain the e-wallet or bank account number and the owner's name.
The second will contain the same e-wallet or bank account number and the date and amount of the transaction to/from Olymptrade.
Make sure the information is visible, the edges of the photo or a screenshot are not cropped, and the text on the images can be easily read. You must submit color photos, scans, or screenshots.
