Voluntary verification: no time limitations If you have requested verification of your account, there is no time limit to undergo this process. You may upload your documents at any convenient time.
Mandatory verification: 14 days If you have not requested verification but received a notification or an email indicating verification is required, then verification is mandatory.
You must upload your documents within 14 days of receiving the email. Access to trading will be closed until your account is verified. We know such limitations are inconvenient, but they are necessary to ensure your account and funds are safe.
Once you send the documents, it will take no more than 24 hours to verify your account. However, in some circumstances, the process may take up to five business days. As soon as we have any news, we will send you an email, a push notification, or an SMS.
