How to withdraw money

You can withdraw funds from your account via bank cards, cryptocurrency (USDT) or various payment systems. All transactions are secure and processed quickly.

How to withdraw funds to a bank card:

  1. Go to Payments → Withdraw.
  2. Select Bank card.
  3. Enter the required details and the amount you want to withdraw ($10 minimum).
  4. Wait for the request to be processed.

How to withdraw funds in USDT:

  1. Go to Payments → Withdraw.
  2. Choose USDT and enter your wallet address.
  3. Enter the withdrawal amount.
  4. Press Withdraw to submit the request.

Important:
Requests are typically processed within 1 hour, but the timing may vary depending on blockchain traffic.

Withdrawal limits for USDT:

  • Minimum: ₮5
  • Maximum: ₮1,000,000

How to withdraw funds via a payment system:

  1. Go to Payments → Withdraw.
  2. Select a payment system.
  3. Enter the withdrawal amount and the required details.
  4. Press Withdraw to submit the request.

Important:
Requests via payment systems are processed within 24 hours.

How to check the status of your withdrawal request:

  1. Go to Operations → Withdrawals.
  2. You’ll receive an email notification once the status changes.

What documents do I need for a withdrawal?

In most cases, Olymptrade does not require documents upfront. However, for security reasons, verification may be requested. In this case, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
