The bank card or e-wallet belongs to someone else

Using payment methods not belonging to a user to make a deposit violates paragraph 1.4.6 of the Client Agreement. We recommend depositing using payment methods that belong to you only.

In particular circumstances, we can allow users to verify a payment method that does not belong to them. A verification specialist will decide whether it is possible in your case.

To have your request considered, you must send a selfie and an ID of the payment method owner for verification.

Make sure the information is visible, the edges of the photo or a screenshot are not cropped, and the text on the images can be easily read. You must submit color photos, scans, or screenshots.
