How to recover your Olymptrade account

If you deleted your profile and want to recover it, you can usually do so quickly, as long as it's still within our data retention period and everything meets all of the conditions.

Profile recovery conditions:

• The request was made within the 7-year data retention period.
• The profile has no violations.
• The profile is not restricted or under verification or compliance review.
• The request was sent from your registered email address.

You can restore your profile by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject "Profile recovery". In the email, request to have your profile recovered, and as long as the conditions are met, your request will be processed instantly.
