Use one of these two ways to confirm your payment method.

1. Submit a screenshot of the Nagad app showing your profile. The image must contain the following:

• Your name

• Your wallet number

2. In some cases, you might be asked to submit an image of a Nagad account statement in addition to a screenshot of your Nagad profile. The statement must show a transaction you made to the platform and contain the following:

• Your name

• Date and amount of the transaction

You can submit an image of a Nagad account statement in advance to potentially speed up the process.
