Verification

Proof of address verification

Proof of address is a document that can confirm your residential address. It must not be older than three months and must include your full name, address and the issue date.

To verify your address, submit one of the following documents:

• Bank statement

• Credit card statement

• Utility bill (electricity, water or gas)

• Landline or internet bill

• A letter from a local government body

• A tax notice or tax return

Important: Cell phone bills, medical bills, shopping receipts and insurance certificates will not be accepted.

Tips:

• Take a photo of your document in a well-lit room.

• Do not edit or modify the image.

• Make sure all information is clearly visible and the document is not damaged.

Using geolocation for address verification

If you don’t have a suitable document, you can verify your address by enabling the geolocation function in the verification form. This feature uses your device’s location services to confirm your residence address automatically.

To pass verification using this method:

• Make sure location access is enabled in your device settings.

• Disable any VPN or other location-masking tools.
