How to delete a profile

By deleting your profile, your data will be removed according to our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy. However, there are certain requirements that must be met before you can delete your profile.

Requirements:

- Your balances must be completely empty.

- You have no active trades.

- You have no pending withdrawal requests.

- You have no pending verification requests.

- You have no pending source of funds confirmation requests.

If these requirements have been met, you can delete your profile in 2 ways:

1. In the iOS or Android app, you can delete your profile by going to Settings and pressing Delete Profile.

2. You can submit a profile deletion request to [email protected].

By deleting your profile, you will terminate the Service Agreement, and the profile will be deleted according to the process laid out in our Privacy Policy.

We highly recommend that you don't delete your profile if your deposit is pending or delayed. Reach out to our Customer Support team, who will help you resolve the issue.
