Use one of these two ways to confirm your payment method.

1. Submit an image of a Cashmaal account statement showing a transaction you made to the platform. The image must contain the following:

• Your name

• Date and amount of the transaction

2. Submit a PDF file of a Cashmaal account statement if you're unable to fit your name and the date and amount of the transaction into one image.
