Use one of these three ways to confirm your payment method.

1. Submit a screenshot of the Nequi app showing your profile. The image must contain the following:

• Your name

• Your wallet number

2. In some cases, you might be asked to submit an image of a Nequi account statement in addition to a screenshot of your Nequi profile. The statement must show a transaction you made to the platform and contain the following:

• Your name

• Date and amount of the transaction

You can submit an image of a Nequi account statement in advance to potentially speed up the process.

3. Submit a PDF file of a Nequi account statement if you're unable to fit your name and the date and amount of the transaction into one image.
